Shaanxi Reactor Microelectronics Co., Ltd., established in 2003, is a semiconductor
company specializing in high-speed power integration technology. And it was listed
on the New OTC Market in January 2014. REACTOR Microelectronics has been
focusing on product research and manufacturing in the field of power integration.

Based on the “high-speed power integration technology platform”.REACTOR has five
chip product lines, including RF Modulation Power Chip (ET /APT ), Automotive
electronic Chip, AC / DC Power Management Chip, Lighting Driver chip and Power
MOSFET. Those that are widely used in special equipment, automotive, industry,
wireless communication consumer electronics, and other fields.
REACTOR is a National Postdoctoral Station and has won the honors of National
